2007 Excella Client Survey Results

Excella scores excellent marks in client satisfaction for the sixth consecutive year!

Each year, we conduct a survey to measure our success in delivering quality service and value to our clients. The survey is sent to all of our clients and responses are made anonymously.

For 2007, 95% of responding clients were satisfied or very satisfied with our services and none were dissatisfied. Excella has remarkably achieved this high record of client satisfaction every year the company has been in existence. We are proud of our ability to consistently meet and exceed our client’s expectations and deliver value to our clients.

In fact, Excella received the highest possible marks from 95% or more of our clients in each of the following categories:

  • Quality of Service
  • Value of Service
  • Overall Satisfaction
  • Likelihood of Re-engaging
  • Likelihood of Referral
