Excella selected as Subcontractor for Development of the World’s Largest Electronic Human Resource Management System

Excella Consulting has been selected as a subcontractor on the Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) initiative for The U.S. Office of Personnel Management. EHRI is a government-wide electronic human resource management and planning system, including the automation of over 1.8 million federal employee records. According to Rhonda Diaz, OPM’s EHRI Program Director, “EHRI … represents a cornerstone of the human capital component of the President’s Management Agenda, and places OPM in a leadership position within the array of e-Government initiatives underway across the Federal government.” The EHRI project, awarded on June 23rd and valued at about $15 million, is scheduled for completion in September, 2004.

Excella was selected as a subcontractor on a team led by The Center for Organizational Excellence and Lockheed Martin. Other subcontractors include AT&T, Idea Integration, and Integic. Excella will initially focus on Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and historical data load planning.
