ImpaX embodies our commitment to make a significant and lasting impact in our community. To do this, we partner with Homestretch to help homeless families obtain self-sufficiency, family stability, and permanent affordable housing.
ImpaX is inspired by the consulting approach that makes Excella unique - building relationships and taking action to solve tough problems. By focusing on a single cause, we maximize our impact and the feeling of accomplishment for our employees.
Through impaX, Excella employees contribute time, money, expertise and leadership to Homestretch. We support our employees' extraordinary efforts by giving paid time off to volunteer, matching contributions, and organizing high-impact, volunteer opportunities that make the most of their talents.
Excella employees have contributed time to Homestretch to accomplish things such as fixing up houses to better welcome new families, tutoring Homestretch clients, creating new technology to better manage and measure Homestretch programs, and much more. Excella and its employees have also contributed the necessary funds to develop the Excella Learning Center @ Homestretch, which helps homeless families gain the skills they need to attain self sufficiency.
