ARLINGTON, VA - Excella Consulting, a Northern Virginia-based business and technology consulting firm with a focus on IT strategy, project management, and software/application development, announced today the opening of new offices in Arlington, having completed a move from Tysons Corner in nearby McLean. The new facility serves as the company's headquarters and provides a more centrally located space to facilitate collaboration among Excella's consultants, who generally work at client sites around the region. The new office also provides better space through which Excella will offer clients facilitated meetings and training; and has room for continued growth and surge capacity to allow for project work, if a client requests.

The office space itself uses an open layout designed to promote Excella's ideals of transparency and collaboration. Excella's new office is located in the Navy League building, a LEED Silver-rated "Green" building for environmental responsibility and sustainability.
"This new facility will allow us to better serve our clients and consultants," said Burton White, partner, Excella Consulting. "Being in Arlington puts us closer to our base of government and commercial clients as well as many community-focused initiatives to which our employees contribute."
Beyond its Arlington location, Excella also has an extension center in Blacksburg, VA, which enjoys a close association with the university community at Virginia Tech. The Blacksburg extension center or "XC" combines full-time, senior resources with part-time students from technical programs. XC resources collaborate with Excella's onsite staff to perform work remotely, often at sharply reduced costs, which, in turn, can be passed on to customers.
