Excella was founded and is managed by three partners who share a common philosophy: take care of your clients, take care of your people, and the rest takes care of itself. This simple philosophy guides every management decision, every initiative, and everything we do. While it sounds simple, too many consulting firms lose sight of it. Our purpose in creating Excella was to get back to this basic philosophy.
While the partners have extensive experience building and managing consulting organizations, each is a consultant first, focusing on client service above all else. Each partner has hands-on consulting roles in addition to corporate responsibilities. This consulting focus ensures that the leadership of the firm engages day-to-day with our two most important stakeholders: clients and employees.
