We are currently looking for business analysts with the following attributes:

• Client-facing consulting experience
• Technical knowledge and background
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving, an ability to structure undefined business problems
• Experience articulating business problems and/or developing business cases
• Experience developing business, functional, and technical requirements
• Experience defining and/or reengineering business processes
• Experience planning and executing system and user acceptance test
• Strong group and meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to conduct due diligence (survey development and administration, research interviews, competitive analysis)
• Excellent communication skills (written documentation, developing and giving presentations, etc.)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong attention to detail

In addition, we are always seeking individuals who have experience using Agile methodologies to drive the execution of effective solutions.
