I have deep expertise in bringing Agile to commercial, non-profit, and Federal clients. Some of my key efforts in Agile and the Federal government includes bringing Agile to the Office of Personnel Management via my work supporting several OPM programs, and the Department of Defense via my work on the executive committee of the Agile Defense Adoption Proponents Team (ADAPT). Additionally, I train, coach, and mentor clients on the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum. As the lead in Excella's Agile Center of Excellence I'm also responsible for sharing Agile best practices across the organization.
