Federal Contracting Options

At Excella Consulting, we're committed to making it easy for you to do business with us. That's why we've established numerous General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and other agreements through which federal and state agencies can engage us.

In addition, Excella has established subcontracting agreements with numerous partner consulting firms. Taken altogether, these agreements allow Excella to offer federal clients easy and efficient ways to team together and serve the public. • GSA IT Schedule (Schedule 70) - GS-35F-0115R

• GSA Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) - GS-10F-0167R
  Excella can be engaged directly to provide MOBIS Consulting Services, plus Program and Project Management expertise to help all federal agencies improve their performance and accomplish mission goals through the ease of a BPA. For more information please visit the GSA eLibrary.
• National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce joint venture agreement
  The NTIS partners with Excella to offer any federal agency help with program and project management services in support of e-Training initiatives. Agencies can solve their e-Training needs with a variety of Excella services, including expertise in Agile SCRUM Master Training, Agile coaching, solution strategy development, and portfolio management services. • Department of Justice (DoJ) IT Support Services BPA – DJJ-05-F-1175
  In accordance with GSA IT Schedule 70, Excella can provide a wide range of Information Assurance and Information Technology Security services to DoJ.
• GSA MOBIS/Schedule 70 IT BPA – GS-001-10-AA-A-0241
  GSA may issue task orders for Excella to provide services in IT, consulting, and program and project management.
