Excella Awarded IDIQ Contract with OPM's GoLearn Excella Consulting is pleased to announce it has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's GoLearn program. Excella will provide program and project management support for the implementation of GoLearn solutions at customer agencies. Excella was awarded this contract based on its expertise delivering: Executive-level Program Management Disciplined, Customer-Focused Project Management Large-scale eGovernment Implementations GoLearn, recently rebranded as USALearning, is the official learning and development site for the United States Federal Government. One of three service providers to the e-Training Initiative, USALearning supports the development of the Federal workforce and advances the accomplishment of agency missions through simplified and one-stop access to high quality e-Learning products, information, and services. Federal employees can utilize USALearning for professional development through free access to convenient, web-based learning opportunities sponsored by the e-Training Initiative and the e-Training Service Provider Consortium. This is a significant win for Excella that will allow us to expand our presence and qualifications in the Federal Government. The GoLearn IDIQ also provides an additional contract vehicle through which Federal agencies can do business with Excella. This win follows Excella's recent award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Department of Justice and Excella's consulting services being listed on GSA's Information Technology (Schedule 70) and MOBIS Schedules.
