At Excella, we have deep-rooted Agile expertise across many disciplines — Coaching, Software Development, DevOps, UX, Data & Analytics, Business Analysis, and Training. And because of this expertise, we tend to get lots of questions.
Now, answering questions is great and we revel in being able to do so. But as the saying (that I just made up right now) goes, “If an Agilist finds a solution in a vacuum and the world doesn’t hear it, was a problem really solved?”
That’s why we’re starting the “Dear Agile” blog series. It’s a way for our Agile experts to answer your questions, and a forum where you can get advice on real-world situations related to Agile principles and practices.
We’ll be tagging all posts in this series with “Dear Agile,” so feel free to follow the along as we go.
