An Interview with Certified Scrum Trainer, Richard Cheng

We love helping other teams understand how to choose the right person to be a ScrumMaster for their projects, or just what the differences are between a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).  These days more and more people are also asking us about Certified Scrum Trainers, and how they are different from CSMs and CSPOs.

We decided to ask our very own Richard Cheng, Principal Consultant and CST, to share his thoughts about the value of Certified Scrum Trainers, and how to become a CST for anyone that’s interested.

Onto the video!
