Agile and Scrum in a Day

The Agile and Scrum in a Day training provides an understanding of Agile principles and teaches the practices that make Scrum effective for delivering projects. Exercises, demonstrations, facilitated discussions and more are interwoven throughout the course to illustrate the principles being taught.
