CIO-SP3 Small Business

 

  • CIO-SP3 is a 10-year IDIQ Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that has been designated as Best in Class by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). CIO-SP3 makes it easier for federal civilians and DOD agencies to request fast, value-oriented solutions from Excella.

GSA COMET

 

  • Excella is a subcontractor to Collabralink on the CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation (COMET). COMET is the re-compete of GSA’s CIO Application Maintenance, Enhancements, and Operations (CAMEO) contract that supports the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), which encompasses GSA Global Supply, multiple-award schedules, personal property management, travel, fleet, purchase card, and integrated technology programs.

DHS SERVICES FOR ENABLING AGILE DELIVERY (SEAD) BPA

 

  • The SEAD BPA provides DHS with Agile coaching to enable the successful implementation of next generation web applications.

HHS OIG BPA

 

  • Contract Number: HHSG40120180004B
  • The objective of this BPA is to provide HHS OIG with expert services on an agile basis for implementation, integration, and support for data management, analytics, and enterprise decision-making.

NTIS JVP

 

  • The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce joint venture partnership (JVP) with Excella enables federal agencies to obtain program and project management services in support of e-Training initiatives. The NTIS JVP offers a variety of Excella services, including Agile ScrumMaster Training, Agile coaching, solution strategy development, and portfolio management services.

T4NG

 

  • Excella is a subcontractor to 9th Way Solutions on the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology-Next Generation (T4NG) contract. T4NG is an enterprise contractual solution covering a wide range of Information Technology (IT) and Health IT services, including program management and strategic planning, systems and software engineering, enterprise networks, cybersecurity, operations, and maintenance.

OPM IT BPA

 

  • In accordance with GSA IT Schedule 70, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) contracting officers can contract with Excella through the OPM IT Services BPA to procure services in the following areas: Applications Systems and Database Development and Maintenance, CIO Strategic Management Support and IT Program Management, and Records Management and Data Quality.

  • The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau may use this IT-70-based vehicle to procure web development, design and programming support services from Excella.

  • The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau may use this IT-70 based BPA to procure contractor support for the CFPB’s Chief Data Office in the form of data management and operations, high-level data analytics and data visualizations.

CMS SPARC

 

  • Excella is a sub to ERP International on the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) IDIQ contract to provide services to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS).

SITE III

 

  • Excella is a sub to Plus3 IT Systems on Defense Intelligence Agency – Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.  SITE III is a 10-year $12.6B contract vehicle providing IT delivery services to the DIA and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The services provided will include infrastructure development, application development, and cybersecurity.

IWRP engages industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of Information Warfare that enhance Navy and Marine Corps mission effectiveness, focusing on underlying technologies that advance information warfare capabilities through a consortium that can support research, development and prototyping.

C5 is a consortium composed of leading companies and institutions in the C4ISR and cyber technology sectors.

 

Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC)

NSTIC engages industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of surface technology innovation that enhance Navy mission effectiveness.
