Excella is a subcontractor to Collabralink on the CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation (COMET). COMET is the re-compete of GSA’s CIO Application Maintenance, Enhancements, and Operations (CAMEO) contract that supports the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), which encompasses GSA Global Supply, multiple-award schedules, personal property management, travel, fleet, purchase card, and integrated technology programs.
The SEAD BPA provides DHS with Agile coaching to enable the successful implementation of next generation web applications.
The objective of this BPA is to provide HHS OIG with expert services on an agile basis for implementation, integration, and support for data management, analytics, and enterprise decision-making.
The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce joint venture partnership (JVP) with Excella enables federal agencies to obtain program and project management services in support of e-Training initiatives. The NTIS JVP offers a variety of Excella services, including Agile ScrumMaster Training, Agile coaching, solution strategy development, and portfolio management services.

Excella is a subcontractor to 9th Way Solutions on the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology-Next Generation (T4NG) contract. T4NG is an enterprise contractual solution covering a wide range of Information Technology (IT) and Health IT services, including program management and strategic planning, systems and software engineering, enterprise networks, cybersecurity, operations, and maintenance.
In accordance with GSA IT Schedule 70, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) contracting officers can contract with Excella through the OPM IT Services BPA to procure services in the following areas: Applications Systems and Database Development and Maintenance, CIO Strategic Management Support and IT Program Management, and Records Management and Data Quality.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau may use this IT-70-based vehicle to procure web development, design and programming support services from Excella.
