The Engaged Performance Award recognizes organizations that have built superior levels of engagement and enablement, as measured through their recent surveys with Korn Ferry. Participants are measured on two key statements:

I would recommend the company as a good place to work. - Enablement: My job makes good use of my skills and abilities.
Conditions in my job allow me to be about as productive as I can be.
