Excella is proud to announce that we have achieved the International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 20000-1:2018 certification, the internationally recognized standard for Information Technology Service Management System (IT SMS). The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard provides the guidelines for an organization to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the IT service management system.
In order to achieve the certification, we were validated by an independent audit firm, National Quality Assurance (NQA), an ANAB accredited management systems certification body. As part of the certification process, Excella engaged in a thorough audit of our IT Service Management processes as well as the management review, documentation management, resource management, and continuous service improvement.
