An Interview with Gene Kim, author of “The Phoenix Project”
This summer we were very excited to meet with one of our IT heroes: Gene Kim. Gene is the founder of Tripwire and author of the “The Phoenix Project: A Novel About IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win” (if you haven’t read it yet, we are big, big fans of this book!).
Gene visited us to talk about why DevOps is important now. He draws upon fourteen years of research of high-performing IT organizations, as well as work he’s done since 2008 to help some of the largest Internet companies increase feature flow and production stability through applications of DevOps principles.
